Dean Rusk (1909-1994): US Secretary of State from 1961 to 1969 under presidents Kennedy and Johnson. Bui Tin: Veteran Vietnamese Communist official, who would in 1990 criticize the DRV government while abroad in Paris. He was expelled from the Party as a result. Pierre Mendes-France: French Prime Minister in June 1954 at the conclusion of the Geneva Conference. |
