Research Skills Tutorial
Sharpen your research skills with Finding It! A Research Skills Tutorial.
Three science courses are required. One must be a Life Science and one must be a Physical Science. This course (the third science) may come from either the Life Sciences or the Physical Sciences. If you have not taken a lab with either of your other science courses, you must take one with this course (1-credit labs must be accompanied by the associated lecture course). Be careful not to repeat course numbers for which you already have credit.
GEO 103-81D — Introduction to Earth Science (GPS)
GEO 103-10 — Introduction to Earth Science (GPS)
To enroll in the following courses, contact the hosting institution and register as a visiting student. When you have completed a course, have an official transcript of your final grade sent to the UNCG Registrar's Office.
These listings are offered as a courtesy to BLS students; we update them each semester, but we cannot always guarantee their accuracy. For the most accurate information, consult the lists maintained by the hosting institution.
You may discover other courses that meet this requirement by comparing the transfer equivalency of your course to the list of UNCG courses that meet GEC+CAR.
