Anita WarffordIf you'd like to visit my personal webpages, please follow the link below. Keep in mind they're always under contruction. You'll find my interests are focused on travel and history, particularly the ancient world. For some background on myself, I have a BA from UNC-CH's School of Journalism & Mass Communication. My concentration was in Graphic Design. I earned my Master's from UNCG in History, with a concentration in European History, particularly the Ancient World. I taught early Western Civ and early American History briefly before coming back to UNCG as an Instructional Technologist. My job combines my two favorite fields- academics and technology. I have been studying the ever-changing world of the Internet since its infancy in 1991. I quickly mastered HTML and moved on to JavaScript, where I found my true calling in software engineering. I moved on to other languages (Perl, Java, PHP, etc.) in the following years. This love eventually brought me to UNCG, as advised by a long-time programmer and mentor (whose name I sadly cannot mention, but who worked for Apple Computers and built one of the first mincomputers). I love the art of programming and hope to bring my love to you.

I work primarily with the web sites for all of the departments.
