Goals
Our goal is to make a positive difference in the quality of our fellow employees’ campus life. CASSC will:
- Improve College staff incentives.
- Develop and implement a mentoring program for new employees.
- Develop a manual that will be user friendly to new employees.
- Hold an open meeting at least once per semester to give College staff
members the opportunity to voice their opinions and provide suggestions
and feedback to CASSC.
