RE: Nominations for College of Arts & Sciences Staff Council
The College of Arts and Sciences Staff Council will be holding elections for new committee members in June/July. Anyone in the College may nominate themselves or with their permission, another staff member or EPA non-faculty employee to serve a two-year term starting in August. You may use this Nomination Form or forward your nominee’s name to Al briscoe, Jr. at a_brisco@uncg.edu. She will follow-up to confirm their interest. Those eligible for nomination are any SPA staff members (SPA and EPA non-faculty) in the College of Arts and Sciences not currently on the Council.
The Staff Council’s mission is to provide a forum in which College Staff concerns can be identified and discussed then strategies explored to address these concerns by communicating and working with our Dean. Meetings are generally held twice a month on a schedule to be determined by the members.

If you wish to nominate someone with this CASSC election nomination form, please write their name(s) in the space(s) below and send it to: Al Briscoe, Jr., Dean's Office, 136A McIver Building, no later than June 30th.
Please check with anyone you nominate to make sure they are willing to serve on the Council and obtain their signature indicating their consent to serve if elected. Self nominations are welcome.
