Staff Council Nomination Forms
The CAS Staff Council is seeking nominations for this year's Staff Excellence Awards. An e-mail was sent earlier today to all Dept Heads (and everyone on the CAS Administrative Council) asking for nominations and letters of support for their hard-working SPA and EPA non-exempt staff. Attached to the e-mail was a memo about the awards and the nomination form. The forms are also attached to this message and available on the Staff Council website, if you would like to nominate someone or you want to print them out for your Dept Head/associate's use.
If you would like to nominate an SPA or EPA non-exempt employee for a $350.00 (net) Staff Excellence Award, please complete the nomination form, write a letter of support describing some of the ways he or she makes a difference to the success of the department, the College, or the University, and ask a few others to submit letters of support, too. They can be sent individually or together, via I/O mail or e-mail by April 13th , to the address below. The awards will be presented by Dean Johnston at the Arts &Sciences end of year celebration on April 29th.
We have a lot of very hard-working people in the College and I hope we get many strong nominations. Please contact me or any Staff Council members if you have any questions.

RE: Staff Excellence Awards
The College of Arts and Sciences Staff Council is asking for nominations for this year’s Staff Excellence Awards. This award recognizes staff members (SPA and EPA non-faculty) who have demonstrated excellence in their contributions to the College, University, and/or community.
Staff Excellence Awards in the amount of $350 will be awarded to staff members at the Arts and Sciences end of the year celebration on April 26th.
We encourage all faculty and staff members in the College to consider nominating a deserving staff member. The award is an excellent way to express your appreciation for all that your staff do to keep your department running efficiently and effectively.

Please Note: Members of the CASSC are ineligible for the award this year.
