CACE 2013 “The March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom: Fifty Years Later”

This year the CACE conference will explore the status of the goals from 1963’s March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom. The conference will kick off with a Literary Café: Poetic Expressions featuring local poets on Thursday, October 3rd at 6:00pm. On Friday, October 4th at 11:00am, there will be a panel discussion titled “Jobs and Education” in which panelists will address inequalities in those two arenas. It will be followed by another panel discussion at 1:30pm addressing inequality in America fifty years after the march on Washington titled “Justice for All?”
