Golf Cart Reservation

Please read the following information then complete the form below in its entirety before clicking on submit.

Reservations

• Golf cart reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via this form. You will receive confirmation via email once your reservation has been processed.
• Reservations are first reserved, first confirmed. Availability cannot be guaranteed as there are only 3 carts.
• One cart is 4 passenger (3 plus driver) and two carts are 6 passenger (5 plus driver).

Pick-up/Return

• Key(s) should be picked up at 1605 Spring Garden Street, room 110.
• Key(s) will be released just prior to reservation time.
• Golf carts are located on the 2nd and 4th levels of Walker Deck.
• Golf carts should be returned to the same location at the end of the event.
• Key(s) should be returned to the office by the end of the reseravation time, or if after hours by 9:00 a.m. the following day.

Points to remember

• Be aware golf carts may require some cleaning prior to use. They can become dusty in the parking deck.
• Golf carts are charged after each use and will require you to properly plug them in after use. Make sure the needle on the meter indicates a charge of plus 10. If the cart is not plugged in properly you could be assessed a disruption of service charge.
• Report any mechanical difficulties when you return the key(s).
• Lost key charge $10
