UNCG Anthropology to offer 2 International Field Schools, summer 2014!

We are very excited to announce that Paleoanthropologist Dr. Charles Egeland and Andean Archaeologist Dr. Donna Nash will be taking students on study abroad experiences during summer 2014 to Africa and South America, respectively. 

Dr. Egeland’s field school will be at the world famous Olduvai Gorge in Tanzania (June 13 – July 13), where Dr. Egeland is currently excavating the DK site.  Online application deadline is Nov. 18, 2013.

Dr. Nash will be returning to her Cerro Baúl site in Peru for a field season of artifact analysis and museum work.  Online application deadline is Dec. 13.
