Several local internships are available to UNCG anthropology students with Recipe for Success, a grant funded program that provides nutrition education throughout Guilford County. Anthropology professor Dr. Arthur Murphy is the Principal Investigator. Interns may be involved in curriculum development, lesson delivery, research and data collection, management and analysis, program planning and other administrative duties. Interns must have strong oral and written communication skills, computer skills including Microsoft Office, and a passion for community health education. All interns must have a background in either Anthropology or Nutrition and must complete UNCG IRB training. Some weekend or evening work may be required.
