CBER logoAbout Dr. Don Jud

Dr. G. Donald Jud is an emeritus professor in the Bryan School of Business and Economics at UNCG. He teaches courses in finance and real estate. Dr. Jud received his Ph.D. from the University of Iowa.

He serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics and the Journal of Real Estate Literature and is a member of the Appraisal Journal's academic review panel. He is a past editor of the Journal of Real Estate Research and continues to serve as a member of its editorial board. Dr. Jud is a past president of the American Real Estate Society (ARES) and currently serves as ARES Director of Publications. He is a research fellow of the Homer Hoyt Advanced Studies Institute, where he is a member of the Weimer School Faculty and the Board of Directors of the Institute. He compiles a monthly newsletter that focuses on economic trends in the Greensboro MSA entitled the Triad Business Index, and he is a regional affiliate of the North Carolina State Data Center. He is on the Board of Directors of the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association and the Central North Carolina chapter of Junior Achievement.

Don and his wife Adrienne are members of the First Moravian Church in Greensboro.
