Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship announces new interns in EASE program

Two Marketing students to join returning accounting intern, Anestacia Swearing

Greensboro, May 26, 2009: The Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship is pleased to announce that it has added two marketing interns from the Bryan School of Business and Economics to its Entrepreneur Assistance Support and Education (EASE) program.

The EASE program is a partnership of the Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro’s Bryan School of Business and Economics. This pairing provides interns in the areas of accounting and marketing to the Greensboro business incubator. Once in place, these students are available to share and execute within their areas of expertise with local entrepreneurs.

Joining returning accounting intern, Anestacia Swearing, will be two students in the field of marketing: John Hazelton III and Lavonda Daniels. Each student brings a passion for entrepreneurship as well as expertise in the areas of market research and implementation.

“We welcome these two students to the Nussbaum Center,” said Nussbaum President, Sam Funchess. “The unique experience available at our facility should be invaluable to these students as they build the skills necessary to thrive in business. At the same time, their experience in market research will be of great assistance to all local entrepreneurs.”###
