CareerBeam is an excellent for conducting industry and company research. If you're looking for companies in a certain industry, within a certain region, CareerBeam will provide you with a list of those companies for you to do further research on. Click here to access CareerBeam.
The Triad Employers list is a representative sample of some of the organizations in the area. For an updated list of top Triad employers, check out The Book of Lists for the Triad area and other cities where The Business Journal is published. This resource is no longer available through the online Library resources. Visit the Library to view The Book of Lists, or purchase The Book of Lists on The Business Journals web site.
Professional Organizations are an excellent source of job leads. Be sure to involve yourself in your local chapter of the professional organizations of your choice. Most have their own web sites listing job opportunities at companies represented in the group, and many have announcements about new opportunities during the meeting.
