Our new Targeted Recruiting service works in partnership with your independent search efforts to help you achieve your career goals. 

Targeted Recruiting starts with active partnership with the employer community.  In our visits with employers, we learn about the organization’s business goals, initiatives and culture, and work with them to understand their short and long term talent needs.

After these visits, we review our talent pool seeking quality of fit between your career goals and the talent needs and culture of the organization.
