At the Bryan School of Business and Economics, international students play a critical role in the life of our program, our community and of our parent university, The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, as a whole. In fact, the University’s Center for Global Business Education and Research is housed in the Bryan School; and education for the global economy is part of the Bryan School’s formal Mission Statement.
No matter where you are from, all Bryan students are equal members of the same community--intellectually, socially, and culturally. That's why we offer a variety of programs, organizations, and services to help our students successfully transition to our city, our country, and our community.
Please view our International Student Admissions Requirements.
Affiliated with the International Programs Center is the INTERLINK Language Center, providing English training for students who are interested in and capable of earning a American MBA, but whose English skills do not meet the University's minimum TOEFL requirements.
Extensive information and assistance is available for students planning to live in Greensboro. Although there is no university-sponsored housing specifically for graduate students, however, Tower Village offers single air-conditioned rooms, general housing is available to international students. The Office of Housing and Residence Life can assist you in locating on campus housing as well as nearby housing options for rent. To complete an application online, visit The Office of Housing and Residence Life web page.
All students living on-campus are required to purchase a meal plan. Students living off-campus may also purchase meal plans for those students looking for an inexpensive, convenient dining option. Complete details, including the location of dining facilities, extent of services, and associated costs are available through Dining Services.
