GMAT Information
The GMAT is a standardized assessment test that helps business schools assess the qualifications of applicants. Bryan Graduate Programs use this test as one of the measures of a person's readiness to begin study in one of our graduate programs.
The GMAT is computer-adaptive and is available year-round at test centers across the world. The exam tests analytical writing, verbal, and quantitative skills.
To speed the process of your application to a Bryan Graduate Program, be sure to select "University of North Carolina - Greensboro - Joseph M. Bryan School of Business and Economics" at the appropriate section of the exam, and your GMAT score will automatically be sent to the Bryan School.
The testing centers for the GMAT exam in North Carolina are:
| Durham | Raleigh | Pope AFB |
| Winston-Salem | Greenville | Charlotte |
| Wilmington | Cherry Point | Boone |

Helpful Hints:
- It is suggested that you prepare for the GMAT exam well in advance of taking it.
- You can download free study software from www.mba.com.
- Review and study one at a time and practice taking the entire test several times.
