Congratulations to Dr. Nir Kshetri and Dr. William Brown who were both recently promoted at the Bryan School of Business and Economics.

Dr. Nir Kshetri, who teaches marketing for the Bryan MBA program, received tenure and was promoted from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor. Dr. Kshetri received his PhD in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. In 2008, he won the Meheroo Jussawalla Research Paper Prize.

Dr. William Brown was promoted to Full Professor with tenure. Brown earned his BS and PhD in economics from Clemson University. Prior to joining UNCG in 2006, he was at Claremont McKenna College. Since 2007 he has served as the Department Head for Accounting and Finance at the Bryan School.

Dr. Lew Brown Awarded Teaching Excellence Award

At the Bryan School’s Graduation and Awards Ceremony on May 15, Dean Weeks presented Dr. Lew Brown with the Teaching Excellence Award. Dr. Brown is a marketing professor in the Bryan MBA program.
