International Students

SHAnghai MBA program

Through a collaborative agreement with Shanghai Shenwei Management Consulting Company (SSMCC) and the Management and Economy Center at Shanghai University (MECSU), the Bryan School of Business and Economics at UNCG offers its MBA degree to business professionals in China. Accredited by AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, the Bryan School is among the top 10% of business schools in the United States to have earned accreditation at the undergraduate and graduate levels in both business and accounting.

To minimize the time that Chinese students would have to spend in the United States, this program is set up to allow SSMCC/MECSU students to begin their MBA coursework in China and to spend only one academic year at UNCG taking advanced-level MBA courses. UNCG is on a semester system with fall semester starting in mid-August and ending in mid-December. Spring semester runs from early-January to early-May. MBA courses are offered in seven-week modules with two modules per semester. The courses are offered in the evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 9:20 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
