Bryan School Office of Research
Welcome
Our mission is to support faculty members in their scholarly and creative research activities. In particular, the office assists faculty members with the following services in sponsored research:
- Finding sponsors for external contracts and grants
- Pocket Guide for Proposal Submission and Award Administration (PDF)
- Preparation of proposals and research manuscripts
- Administration of funded projects
- Guidance on Bryan School and UNCG policies and procedures
- Locating research partners in the Bryan School
Faculty members are encouraged to contact the office as early as possible for assistance in these areas

Bryan Committee on Research
The mission of BCR (Bryan Committee On Research) is to “support faculty to facilitate and enhance research at Bryan School”. BCR develops and makes policy recommendations to the Dean’s Office in matters pertaining to research activities within the Bryan School. Membership in BCR comprises of the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Programs (who serves as Chair) and Bryan School faculty that are directors of research centers and/or departmental representatives.
