I teach courses in the areas of leadership, strategy, cross cultural management and organizational behavior at the graduate and undergraduate levels. I am also active in the Bryan School's Executive Education offerings.

I have been fortunate to have my teaching recognized with the Bryan School Junior Faculty Teaching Excellence Award, the Bryan School Senior Faculty Teaching Excellence Award, the 2007 UNC Board of Governors Teaching Excellence Award (16 campus UNC system level award) and a nomination for the CASE U.S. Professor of the Year Award.

I regularly speak to doctoral and junior faculty consortia on the topic of teaching excellence at conferences such as the Southern Management Association and the Southwestern Academy of Management. The following are the most recent syllabus for each course I have taught in the past ten years.
