| Bio With more than twenty years experience in human resource management, Ken Mcleod facilitates change and transition on many levels. He works with individuals, senior management, groups and organizations. He has a broad background in training and development with a special interest in group dynamics, team building and management development. A Ph.D. candidate in human and organizational development, he is focusing on systems, complexity and large systems change. In addition to BA degree from the University of New Hampshire, he received an MS in Human Resource Development from the American University. Mr. Mcleod has continued his professional development with continuing education programs, extensive training with the NTL Institute and certifications with several self and organizational assessment instruments. Currently he is a full time instructor at the University of North Carolina Greensboro in the Bryan School of Business. In addition, he has adjunct positions with the University of North Carolina Charlotte in the Organizational Development Certificate Program coordinating the experiential field projects and as an instructor in International Studies with the Fachhochschule Koblenz in Germany. Ken conducts courses in organizational behavior, management assessment and development, career development, organizational development and serves as the internship coordinator for the Business International Program at UNCG. Professional contributions include serving on the Board of Directors of ASTD for both the Piedmont and Research Triangle Park Chapters. He is a charter member of the steering committee of the NC Chapter of the Association for Psychological Type. In addition, he served as chair of the Leadership Development Committee for the National Association. Other affiliations include the OD Network, Academy of Management, and the Society for Chaos Theory. Ken has consulted with a wide range of corporate clients including manufacturing, service, educational, and non-profit organization.
