Student and Faculty Goals

A college education is more than just one-way communication from faculty members to students. Students and faculty share the responsibility for interactive learning and discovery. As a student in the Bryan School , you should expect to be challenged and stretched as you expand your knowledge of business and the world around you.

The most successful students are those who actively engage in the give and take process of learning. Listed below are some student and faculty goals that should serve to guide you as you begin your student experience in the Bryan School .





Bryan School Student Goals:
  • To approach learning materials with attention and dedication
  • To remain persistent when challenged by difficult learning activities
  • To contribute to the learning of others
  • To meet or exceed standards set by the faculty
  • To act with integrity in dealing with faculty, staff and other students

Bryan School Faculty Goals:
  • To actively involve students in the learning process
  • To encourage collaboration and cooperation among participants
  • To ensure frequent, prompt feedback on student performance
  • To maintain current knowledge of their teaching disciplines
  • To act with integrity in dealing with students and colleagues
