Number and Prices of Existing Homes Sold
(March 2013)

Housing statistics for the Triad suggest that the pace of housing market activity has risen over the past 12 months.  The number of existing, single-family homes sold in the Triad totaled 908 in March, after adjustment for seasonal variation.  The number sold was up 1.2% compared to the level of sales recorded in February, and it was 22.7% above the number sold during March one year ago.
