Process
Requests for projects which are cross-divisional in nature are brought to the Administrative Systems Users Group for consideration. These projects often arise as a result of issues raised in one of the administrative systems governance groups (Data Standards Committee, Administrative Information Security Committee, Administrative Systems Technology Group) but may also be championed by one of the divisional representatives or a member of the ASUG. Projects that are approved by the ASUG are prioritized and placed on the cross-divisional project list. Sizing and scoping of these projects follows the same process as that for divisional priorities.
