Daniel Stine, a 2008 UNCG graduate, is an independent filmmaker currently living in Los Angeles. Building on the momentum of God and Vodka, which screened at 20 film festivals, winning a total of 21 awards in different categories, Daniel is now in various stages of production for several ambitious projects that he has written and will direct. Grape, another short film being shot in January, is a mystical drama set in the Shenandoah wine country. Daniel will also star alongside Linden Ashby (Mortal Kombat). Immediately following Grape, the production of The Championship Rounds will begin in Los Angeles. The boxing drama stars Harold Perrineau (LOST), Larry Gilliard Jr. (The Wire) and Emma Reaves (God and Vodka). Next up is Mannin Bay, a psychological thriller set in a secluded bed & breakfast. Daniel has two other feature scripts in development, and he continues to seek writing, directing and acting roles and to build his growing network of industry professionals.
