When proposing a course for WI credit, this form must accompany the course syllabus. Email this form and the attachments required as a Word document to: underged@uncg.edu
The deadline for Fall 2009 courses is Friday, February 20, 2009, and for submitting Spring 2010 proposals is Monday, October 5, 2009.
