WI Request Forms


When proposing a course for WI credit, this form must accompany the course syllabus. Send completed forms to the Office of Undergraduate Education, 215 Mossman Building.
The deadline for Fall 2008 courses is Friday, February 22, 2008., and for submitting Spring 2009 proposals is Friday, October 17, 2008.
