UNCG Oral Communication Evaluation instrument.

Communication is defined as the dynamic developmental process of transmitting perceptions, thoughts, and ideas in verbal, non-verbal, and written interactions. Within an intentional caring process, messages are effectively conveyed by persons or technology.
