Communication Across the Curriculum
Communication Across the Curriculum (CAC) is UNCG's signature program of cross-departmental academic excellence, student development, and excellence in teaching. Our goals are to improve the communication skills of our students and also to improve teaching and learning, though the application of writing-intensive and speaking-intensive methods in the classroom.
Major components of CAC are the Speaking Across the Curriculum (SAC) program, the Writing Across the Curriculum (WAC) program, the University Speaking Center, and the University Writing Center.
The deadline for submitting new proposals for Fall 2012 is February 17. The deadline for Spring 2013 is March 16. Please email completed proposals to hjhorton@uncg.edu.
