COLT Spring Leadership Academy
The Club/Organization Leadership Training ("COLT") is a one-day program for leaders of clubs, fraternities, sororities, and all other types of campus organizations and programs.
The Spring Leadership Academy will feature COLT. Participants will learn how to more effectively recruit and retain club and organization members as well as teammates and volunteers, deal with conflict, run effective meetings, and lead their group to success during their term of office.
