SPARTANS LEADING SPARTANS:
We EMPOWER. You LEAD!
What is Spartans Leading Spartans?
Spartans Leading Spartans (SLS) is a team of 10 peer leadership consultants selected to create workshops that help leaders and members in UNCG’s 200 student organizations to develop leadership skills and improve the organization’s efficacy. We achieve this goal in the following ways (any of these can count as an educational requirement for affiliation!):
- Provide “Operation U-LEAD” workshops on a bi-weekly basis open to all students
- Hold meetings (consultations) with organizations who wish to improve their group
- Attend organization meetings (by request) to present a leadership topic chosen by the organization
We know where you are coming from because we are students – just like you! We provide tools and resources to help you address challenges in your group. We do not lecture – we give you a starting point to help you achieve your goals. Request or services today and take your group to the next level!
