Welcome to CASA!

CASA is home to academic advising for first year students (having less than 24 earned credit hours) majoring in the College of Arts and Sciences.*

Advising for transfer and returning students begins November 30, 2015. You can schedule your appointment today by contacting our office. Please note that an academic advising appointment is required in order to receive your advising code and register for classes. Sign up for email and face-to-face advising HERE.

CASA advisors support first year students in the College of Arts and Sciences in their transition to a college environment. We teach students how to understand and navigate degree requirements and course options, take advantage of support services, and encourage students to adopt a professional and proactive approach to lifelong learning. CASA advisors empower students to make the most of their liberal arts education as they acquire skills needed to meet the challenges of a complex and changing world.
