Co-founder of One People, Charity has over ten years experience in film & video, from pre-production to programming. She has crewed award winning films, music videos and independent films, in addition to shooting, directing and editing several short films (16mm) of her own. Prior to the formation of One People, Charity also served as the Festival and Exhibitions Director for IMAGE Film & Video. Facilitating and curating media events has since then become a hobby of passion, and in 1998 she co-founded MediaHead (Jud Hockersmith, Eric G and Britt), an Atlanta screening and networking event.

Having just completed a short cut of One People's Euro-Africa Project, she is currently working on a feature length edit slated for an early 2000 release -- and all this when not editing for broadcast clients or crewing local sets.

Other current projects include a short experimental film, and the continuing consortation with a small collective to build an island empire / wired arts collective.
