Robbie Roberts writes about movies for The Spectator, an independent newsweekly published and distributed in the Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina. Robbie has roasted coffee--a profession that still consumes most of those hours that are not spent sitting in the dark--sold cars, and written about sports for several newspapers. He has been writing about movies ever since he received an MFA in filmmaking from NYU.
