"To educate people about aspects of sexuality beyond physiology--including psychological, emotional, spiritual, and relational aspects--in order to encourage a more comprehensive view of sexuality in committed relationships."

Traditionally, discussions of sex and sexuality have focused on biology and physiology.  In addition to these important aspects, this website offers an opportunity to explore other major dimensions, such as emotional intimacy, satisfaction, and healthy communication.

Sex and sexuality are significant components of self-concept, esteem, and identity.
