Jean E. Davis (Jean)
Service: Appointed by the Governor in 2003 for a 4-year term and re-appointed in 2007 to a term expiring on June 30, 2011. Jean currently serves on the Student Affairs Committee and as Chair of the Audit Committee.
Employment: Retired Vice President and Head of Operations, Technology and eCommerce, Wachovia Corporation.
Education: B.A., Political Science and Industrial Relations, UNC – Chapel Hill; M.B.A., Duke University.
Affiliations: Member, Financial Services Roundtable; YMCA of Greater Charlotte Metropolitan Board of Directors , Charlotte Latin School Board of Trustees, United Family Services Board. Previously served as advisory board member, Bryan School of Business and Economics at University of North Carolina at Greensboro, member of the Board of Visitors University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
