Information for Guests Who Will March
in the Academic Processional

Parking instructions, together with campus gathering locations for official delegates, members of the Board of Governors of The University of North Carolina, and faculty, staff, alumni, and student representatives are outlined here.

Since Tuesday, May 5, 2009 is the final class day of the Spring 2009 semester, students and faculty will be utilizing our limited campus parking. Parking for all guests, official delegates, emeritus members of the faculty, and alumni, will be at the Greensboro Coliseum.

Parking will be available at the Greensboro Coliseum for all members of the general public, who should arrive no later than 9:30 a.m. in order to be on campus to witness the academic procession (which will begin at approximately 9:45 a.m.) and the Installation Ceremony which will begin at Aycock Auditorium at 10:00 a.m.

Shuttle buses will run continuously and regularly between the Coliseum and the UNCG campus from 8:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Installation Day.
