Parking Venue for most guests of the Installation (at the Greensboro Coliseum) opens
8:15 a.m. Visiting official delegates from colleges, universities, and learned societies should arrive at the Coliseum parking venue by this time
8:30 a.m. All other official guests of the Installation should arrive at the Coliseum parking venue by this hour
8:45 a.m. Academic Processional Robing Locations in Elliott University Center are open at this time
9:30 a.m. Assembly for the Academic Processional begins
9:50 a.m Academic Processional Begins on College Avenue at the McIver Statue
(Route of Procession:  south on College Avenue, east on Spring Garden Street to Aycock Auditorium; the route of the procession is not strenuous and a leisurely pace is anticipated)
10:00 a.m. Installation Ceremony, Aycock Auditorium

Note: Shuttle buses will run continuously and regularly between the Coliseum and the UNCG campus from 8:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Installation Day.
