Apollo

This design on the interior of a drinking cup from Delphi, shows a seated
Apollo pouring a libation. He is holding the seven-stringed tortoise shell
lyre given him by its inventor, Hermes, and his sacred bird, the raven, is
perched opposite him to the left. See below for a close up.
