Department of Computer Science

The UNCG Department of Computer Science is affiliated with the Microsoft DreamSpark Premium program. Through this program, Computer Science students can obtain Microsoft developer tools, platforms, and servers for use in coursework, independent learning, or research. A partial list of available software includes:

• Visual Studio 2010 Professional
• SQL Server 2008 Enterprise
• Windows 7 Professional
• Windows Vista Business
• Virtual PC
• Visio Professional
• Project Professional 2007
• Access 2007

Many other software packages are also available. Software can be obtained online at the UNCG Computer Science DreamSpark Premium Download Site or through the student coordinator listed below.
