RF Micro Devices - Computer Programmer

Qualifications: Candidate will have excellent software skills, knowledge of JMP scripting Language or ability to learn new languages quickly, knowledge of web related language (e.g. HTML) and knowledge of another language (e.g. C++). It is desired that the candidate has good knowledge of SQL, data mining techniques and basic statistics. Candidate should be able to work independently and have good communication skills. Candidate should be working toward BS or MS.

Job Description: Candidate will assist an engineering group by developing software to automatically analyze data from datatables and upgrade existing software.

Shepherd's Center of Greensboro - IT Specialist

Qualifications:

Job Description: Responsible for website design and maintenance using Dreamweaver (possibly tutoring staff on Dreamweaver), database entry and management in Salesforce, perform minor IT work in office, and tutoring older adult office volunteers in basic computer tasks.

Educational Credentials: Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Computer Science or related; graduated in 2009-2012.

Job Description: Coding, troubleshooting, debugging and testing. Responsibilities include coding and debugging applications; software testing and quality assurance; evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation; maintain standards compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Java/J2EE, Swings, struts, hibernate, core java, springs, JSP, Apache, Tomcat, Oracle, PL/SQL
  • Knowledge of WebServices, Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD) & OOPS Concepts
  • Knowledge on Front end graphical user interface design on JSP.
  • Should have worked on Java/J2EE, JSP and SQl Server (or Oracle) as part of university project or course work.
