Application for Admission to the Major of Communication Sciences and Disorders
Application Deadline: May 31. Early admission may be delayed upon application for spring final grades and transcript. All decision letter's will be mailed by June 15.
Your application to the CSD major must be approved prior to your enrollment in CSD undergraduate courses- toward an undergraduate degree, or
- as a second-degree student preparing for graduate school
You may apply when you have completed a minimum of 55 hours and have earned at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA. If you meet this criteria, please complete this form, ATTACH (do not send separately) official transcripts from universities attended, and submit these materials to the CSD Front Office, 300 Ferguson Building. Official transcripts must be attached for your application to be retained. An exception is a transcript from UNCG, which can be represented by a student (unofficial) transcript as we can verify through the registrar´s office.
