Bibba Dobyns holds a Bachelors in Social Work from Murray State University. She is currently a contract trainer and consultant for the Center for Youth, Family and Community Partnerships and has over 10 years experience in designing and delivering training curricula related to System of Care. Her expertise includes Child and Family Team facilitation, supervisory training and coaching, Training of Trainers and trainer skills. She has 18 years experience in community mental health Child and Family Services program management and case management. She was the local director for the SAMHSA Center for Children’s Mental Health System of Care grant in Guilford County for 5 years.
