Communication in Sweden

A Special Opportunity for International Travel, Learning and Growth

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, in cooperation with the School of Social Sciences at Vaxjo University, is pleased to offer this unique exchange program.

Communication Club

The Communication Club was formed in 1999 to serve extra-curricular and co-curricular needs within the Department of Communication. Academic support from the club helps to smooth the transition for transfer students and new majors; social activities include parties that coincide with departmental events; and pre-professional programs on resume building, internship experiences and interviewing help to enrich the experience of all Communication majors. The Communication Club also assists the Department with special events and graduation. For more information contact Marianne LeGreco, 334-9838.

Lambda Pi Eta

It was founded in 1985 for the purpose of recognizing, fostering, and rewarding outstanding scholastic achievement in communication studies. The Department of Communication at UNCG established its chapter, Zeta Upsilon, in 1997. Membership is by invitation only, based on academic performance. Members are selected and inducted each spring.
