A Call For Dialogue
This is the official course website for Communication Studies (CST) 105 - Introduction to Communication Studies. This website has been developed as a source of information for students considering enrolling in CST 105, as well as an instructional resource for students already taking the course.
CST 105, an introductory course to the field of communication studies, is designated as an "SI" marker course (Speaking Intensive). CST 105 fulfills the Reasoning & Discourse requirements for UNCG's All University Liberal Education Requirements (AULER), and the College Liberal Education Requirements (CLER).
CST 105 also satisfies one of the Reasoning and Discourse requirements for GEC (General Education Core) and GEC + CAR (College Additional Requirements).
A sample syllabus and schedule are available for viewing on this web site for those interested in finding out more about the course. To find out when a particular section of CST 105 is offered, we also have the course meeting times information for the current semester.
