Listening to Parents' Voices: The TRAIN team just released it's final report regarding focus groups conducted with parents of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We hope that by sharing these important parent voices, we will be able to make a real difference as we attempt to increase community participation, access, and inclusion by those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, in Greensboro and surrounding communities.

Curriculum Vita
Dr. Canziani's expertise is in the area of customer service operations, ecommerce web usability and multicultural issues, such as globalization and immigration, and their impact on the hospitality and tourism industry. She has worked internationally in the design and implementation of management and tourism training for tourism and public service employees, including transit and police staff. She is a research associate of the Instituto Sul Lavoro in Rome, Italy for study of stress in service employees and of the Norman Y. Mineta International Institute for Surface Transportation Policy Studies (MTI) at San Jose State University, California. She worked with the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University to create academic programs in various international locations, including Venezuela, Puerto Rico and France. As the first Director of Assessment at San Jose State University, Dr. Canziani prepared the university to better predict external and internal demand for information about San Jose State University as well as publicize the achievements of its students. Her work includes multiple book chapters and articles published in the Journal of Marketing Education, Hospitality Research Journal, the Cornell Hotel & Restaurant Administration Quarterly, International Journal of Service Industry Management, Journal of Health and Human Resources and The International Journal of Hospitality Management.
