CTR Graduation 2014

CEREMONY TIME/LOCATION:
The CTR Departmental Graduation Ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 8th at 2:00 pm at Cone Ballroom in Elliott University Center.  The University's Graduation Ceremony is May 9th (visit Graduation Central for more info on the University Graduation ceremony).  Students can attend both ceremonies.

ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CTR CEREMONY:
This CTR Departmental Graduation Ceremony is for all CTR students completing degree requirements by May or August 2014 (students completing internships this summer will be considered August 2014 graduates). 

GUESTS:
 
Graduating students will be limited to 8 guests.  Please be sure to adhere to this limit, otherwise there will not be enough seating for everyone. (There is no limit on guests at the University's Graduation Ceremony on May 9th).

SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS:
Please let us know as soon as possible if there are any special accommodations needed for you or your guests at the CTR Departmental Graduation Ceremony. 

PARKING:
All parking on campus (including parking garages) will be free during the graduation ceremony.  Please refer to the university's campus map web site for directions to campus and Elliott University Center.

CAP & GOWN:
Students participating in the CTR Graduation Ceremony are required to wear cap and gown.  Visit Commencement Central/Regalia for more ordering and pricing information.

PHOTOGRAPHY:

Upcoming Conferene Info:
Please plan to join us at our annual UNCG-CTR Alumni and Friends Luncheon during the NCRPA Conference in Wilmington, NC. This luncheon ("dutch treat") will take place on Tuesday, September 23, 2014, from 12:00 to 1:00 pm. We will be eating and socializing at The George on the Riverwalk, 128 S. Water Street, Wilmington, NC 28401
