We are a diverse community of scholar-researchers, leaders, and educators who have joined together in order to develop effective and principled leadership, to promote transformative learning, and to advance and disseminate cutting-edge knowledge that addresses problems of theory and practice in the fields of higher education and student affairs.

We offer the following programs:

M.Ed. in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education for those seeking entry-level positions in student affairs administration;

Ph.D., Concentration in Higher Education for seasoned administrators and qualified scholars who seek advanced studies in college and university leadership, organization studies, student affairs administration, or student development;

Post-master’s Certificate in College Teaching, Learning, and Leadership for those seeking to enhance their practice as educators in out-of-class and in-class settings.
