Technique Placement Class
Our next placement class for students interested in taking technique classes and who are not placed at a level will be on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 5pm in studio 322. Registration is not required.
Undergraduate Dance Audition:
Our next audition for prospective dance majors will be on April 3, 2010. Registration for the audition is required and interested students should submit a completed Audition Request Form to the Department. The registration deadline for the April 3, 2010 audition is Friday, March 26, 2010.

I am currently teaching in a long-term substitute position at Parkview Elementary in High Point. I also teach at CityArts for the North Carolina Dance Project. I am learning so much from my students every day and loving every minute of it!

Elise is currently in graduate school, studying theology at Franciscan University of Steubenville in Ohio. She says of this transition from dance, "I miss dancing terribly...I hope to begin figuring out a way to add dance back in to my life and balance both dance and theology. Since taking a 6 month break from dancing I have realized how much I need it in my life and how much I cannot simply walk away from the dance world. I am going to be on the lookout for chances to dance and potentially perform and do my best to nurture the dancer side of me."
Elise recently became engaged and is planning a fall, 2010 wedding.
