Technique Enrollment Policy

To ensure an optimal learning environment for all students, to ensure that Dance majors can meet graduation requirements in a timely manner, to ensure fairness for all students, and to make the best use of faculty time, the Department of Dance will follow the procedure detailed below for pre-registration in Fall, 2008 Ballet and Contemporary classes.

Independent choreographer/performer and Artistic Director for Momentum Interdisciplinary Arts (1992-present)--work presented by Pittsburgh Dance
Council, Dance Alloy, Choreographer´s Showcase, Chatham College, and more.
A recent dance work, "and Hannah Prayed" focussed on images from Jewish mystical texts, and another project, "Running Rope" - on hand and jumprope games that are passed amongst children. The latter was performed by a mix of 6th graders and college students. Also choreographed a production of the play, Medea, Fall of 2001.
