Biannual Placement Class Coming Up:

On August 24, 2009 at 5pm in studio 322, we will hold our biannual placement class for placement in technique classes. The placement class will consist of combined contemporary dance and ballet. Registration is not required for this--simply show up, ready to dance. Our placement class is for those who want to possibly place out of beginning-level technique classes.

Welcome to Dance at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro


We strive to develop in our students the imaginative, critical, and technical skills essential to the creative process, scholarly inquiry, and professional engagement in the field of dance. Our undergraduate degree programs combine a liberal arts curriculum with professional preparation for further study or for a variety of dance careers. We mentor our graduate students through MA and MFA curriculums, which blend artistry, teaching, and scholarship.
